Return Policy: We hope you love your purchase. If not, feel free to send it back to us!
Online Orders: You can return an item purchased online for a refund within 10 days of the purchase date. You can return an item for store credit within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days items will not be accepted for return or store credit. ALL ITEMS MARKED ON SALE ARE FINAL.
In-Store Purchases: You can return full-priced items purchased in-store within 14 days of the purchase date for exchange or store credit issued in the form of a gift card. All return items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have the original tags still attached. All items must be free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, and/or other stains. All NuBra, lingerie, swim, and undergarments are FINAL SALE.
ALL sale merchandise is a FINAL SALE. If your return does not meet the above criteria, please do NOT attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs. If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us at 843-470-0777 or 803-914-0018 to notify us of your claim. All claims must be made within 5 days of the purchase date. To return an item by mail, please fill out our Return Policy and Form that was included with your order and include it in your package. We recommend that you send items back using USPS, UPS, or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us. Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
