Return Policy: We hope you love your purchase. If not, feel free to send it back to us! Online Orders: You can return an item purchased online for a refund within 10 days of purchase date. You can return an item for a store credit within 14 days days of purchase date. After 14 days items will not be accepted for return or store credit. In Store Purchases: You can return full priced items purchased in store within 14 days of purchase date for exchange or store credit issued in the form of a gift card. Items are eligible for return if: All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached Items are received with 14 days from the original purchase date. All items are free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, and/or other stains. All NuBra and lingerie items are FINAL SALE. ALL sale merchandise is a FINAL SALE. If your return does not meet the above criteria, please do NOT attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs. If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact us at 843-470-0777 or 803-914-0018 to notify us of your claim. All claims must be made within 5 days of purchase date. To return an item by mail, please fill out our Return Policy and Form that was included with your order and include it in your package. We recommend that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us. Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
