ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY

YOU MAY RECEIVE STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE FOR ITEMS MAILED BACK TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE THAT IS PROVIDED BY UPS OR USPS.

RETURNS MUST BE POSTMARKED BY THE 14TH DAY FROM THE DELIVERY DAY. THE 14 DAY TIME-FRAME INCLUDES HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS TO SEND THE ITEMS BACK AND SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE EXCHANGE TO BE SHIPPED .

  • Any items marked down from the original price.
  • All bathing suits, bras, bodysuits, intimates, and holiday specific items.

ALL RETURNS MUST

  • Include receipt + tags.
  • Be unworn and unwashed.
  • Not be damaged or stained with makeup, self tan, deodorant, perfume, or smoke.
  • Shoes must be unworn and returned in the original box.

DAMAGES

All damages must be reported via email within 24 hours of delivery date and time and must include an image of the damage. Report damages to [email protected] with the subject line “Damage”.

Items may be returned in person or via mail to our store. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back.

If your order does not meet all of the above requirements for an exchange or store credit, we will ship the item back to you with additional shipping costs.
